We are working on providing a detailed list of every pricing option available.  In the mean time we can offer two basic pricing structures. 

In the first pricing structure, if you bring your computer to us it will cost $50 per hour worked on your computer.  A miniumum $50 diagnostic fee will be charged for any computer brought to us and if you decide to fix the computer with us, we will waive the $50 diagnostic fee while only charging you for work on your computer.  A typical computer repair will take one to three hours on average.  If the problem will take too long, we will give you the option to just pay the diagnostic fee and offer alternatives such as buying a new computer and migrate your data to the new computer.  We are also a Dell computer reseller.

The second pricing structure is when traveling to the location of your computer.  This is a basic $75 per hour fee with a one hour minimum.  This fee would include the diagnostics.  This diagnostic fee for on location is not waived.
